If your group or organization would like to submit information to WGCY to air on the Town Crier, please call (217) 784-8661, drop them by our studios, fax your information to (217) 784-8677, or email to <wgcyproduction@hotmail.com>. Each Town Crier item is read beginning on Monday during the week of your event. Please send your information at least three weeks in advance. The Town Crier airs each weekday morning at 10:30 a.m. (Note: Only events for the current week will be read on-air.)
